Create a logo
The site is really minimalist both by design (it's fast!) and need (I wanted to get something out the door while focusing on writing). That said, I think there's value in having an Ethical Web Development logo. If nothing else I'd love to have hex stickers to pass out at conferences, etc.
Here's my first attempt:

As soon as I posted this I realized how similar it is to the MIT logo. Darn subconscious.
That said, it is also a semi-deliberate not to the Human Rights Campaign's Equality logo:
This looks kind of...impersonal to me. It seems like the logo should invoke the feeling of ethics, and ethical behavior. Maybe incorporate human hands, two humans facing each other, etc.?
I think the Ruby For Good logo does a good job of balancing a clean aesthetic with a welcoming design:

In lieu of the A.I. storm, have you considered trying to have an AI generate a logo? If nothing else, it'll give you a few good laughs :wink:
