Slide in from Top

Hi all,

I have changed CSS to slide in from top, that works fine to some extent, however since we have the variable menuWidth, it works with width instead of height (* preferably it should work as height if side is set to 'top'), I am trying for a workaround through CSS, but it will save me some times if anyone has already done it..
