Missing vim keybinds in history/help

This app could really use vim-style bindings everywhere where possible. Every pop-up (help, history) should have q as close and j/k as down/up 1 line. I m not really sure if this is already possible with config.toml but this should definitelly be the default since you dont need those while in pop-up menu.

I noticed that moving between section already supports ctrl+j/k so I guess these are just missing
