Preview not applying CSS defined in the attribute from external file

When previewing an asciidoc file that has CSS defined in :stylesdir: and :stylesheet: attributes, preview is applying them perfectly fine, as long as :linkcss: attribute is set (otherwise it reverts to default styling).

However, once those attributes are externalized to a common attributes file and included via include directive, preview is not making use of supplied CSS configuration any more, which affects conversion to PDF as well (style is, however, properly applied when converting to HTML).

Actually, now that I'm playing around, I see that when include directive is removed altogether (and with it I'm guessing all CSS shenanigans I've produced), preview is producing yet different output.
