See failing test in gems/src/integrationTest/org/asciidoctor/gradle/jvm/gems/AsciidoctorGemPrepareTaskCachingFunctionalSpec.groovy.

@ghale Could you have a look at it please? Something has broken between 2.4.0 and the port to 3.0.0, but I am runnign out of time to find it. We are going to release 3.0.0 with this bug, but it would to have it cleared in time for a 3.1.0 release.
