Not possible to paste text into editor in Fedora 31

Hi, I tried to install the newest release on Fedora 31 yesterday. It seems to work fine except for the major problem that I could not paste text into the editor, neither using ctrl-V or middle mouse button. Typing works fine.

The PC uses the NVidia driver if that makes any difference.

Hmm, sounds familiar!

I have an issue open (#407) whereby I cannot use the ENTER key on Linux. I'm using the NVidia driver too. They might not be related, but ....
