Usability... please add a Menu and Tooltips with Hotkey-Information

Good morning

Thank you very much for this great Software!,

it is very powerful, therefore, it's really very sad that the usability hinders users to work efficient - especially, if they just started using it or if they only use it irregularly.

Because

• Asciidoc itself is much more focused to keyboard and not mouse Users - they don't draw graphics but they express herself using text! Therefore AsciidocFX has a lot of hidden (unapparent) Keyboard Shortcuts :-).
• And you spend a lot of work for one reason: AsciidocFX should be used,

please think about making a relatively small improvement to bring the Usability to the next level

I guess just the following small improvements would help a lot:

1. Please add a menu to the current file toolbar (where we have open file, save file, etc.)
2. It would be probably enough if » every existing Hotkey is visible in the Menu » every menu item also displays the assigned Hotkey
3. If it's possible, it would be great if the toolbar-icons would display the description and the assigned Hotkey
