PLantUML version is not the latest one

AsciidocFX uses PlantUML 1.2018.6, where the latest is PlantUML 1.2018.11

Hi. I would suggest allow to setup an already installed version (I have it, because I generate diagrams with vim, AsciidocFX and so on), since it would leverage the need to release a new version only because of it.
