Sitemap.xml is not in root

Hello, I am trying to use your online service:

http://www.magespeedtest.com/

But it wants my sitemap.xml file to be in the root. It should read my robots.txt file to find the location of the sitemap.xml. I can't store mine in the root. Any workaround?
