Magento 1.9.2.4 issue

Only works moving the code under community folder

Hi @francoocchi can you give some more details or clear errors? This is a little hard to reproduce

It's not working if you install the module under app/code/local folder, it's strange cause you could see the module installed but the configurations and the table is not created, only moving the code under community pool works. This issue is just in the version 1.9.2.4, I tested in 1.9.3.x and works fine.

@francoocchi ok clear, give me some time to dive into this. setting up an older version of Magento takes some time

It worked fine here, without any change. I use sendgrid.
