Not All emails sent with SMTP

Hello @aschroder and first thank you for this great extension ! The emails from Contact page and the emails of "Order update" are well sent throught SMTP and I can see them in the logs. But all other emails (New order, Expedition confirmation) are still sent with php. Do you have an idea why ? Thank you, Regards
