VST3 plugin settings not restored in Qtractor

Hello,

When using the VST3 version of Dexed in Qtractor, the plugin settings are not restored if the session is closed and reopened.

I originally reported the bug in the Qtractor repository, but the author believes this may be a bug in Dexed instead: https://github.com/rncbc/qtractor/issues/418

The author also noted that the bug is not present in the VST2 version.
