No HDMI Coby TV

I have tried all combos and fail to get any video out hdmi: Composite the same. However HP & Toshiba laptop work just fine in HDMI

Any suggestions greatly appreciated, purchased COBY TV for Raspberry. Raspberry works great on my Sceptre hdmi.

i get hdmi vid ( not tried audio ) and only thing i have commented out is: and your display can output without overscan disable_overscan=1 #wheezy good luck

Have you tried uncommenting hdmi_safe=1?
