Added extra cli options, including --help

Added command line options

--help

--disable-camera and --enable-camera

--overclock

--hostname

Also made --memory-split work.

Some testing done. More needed?

Great !! memory-split option works again, I hope this change will merge into a asb:master. This update is util for me.

+1, it would be great to see these extra command line options available, especially for non-interactive configuration. Happy to help and rebase this & create a new PR, if that's what's holding it back.
