No LTS Energy / No LTS power

Open pochpub opened this issue 11 months ago • 6 comments

I have 2 x WISER CCTFR6700 and neither of them shows the instant consumption or the total consumption. In the IOS application "Wiser Home" there is no information either. What can I check? Thanks Olivier

I created a new HA installation with wiser and I have these data (Power and Energy) and everything works fine. In your diagnostic file these data are equal to 0. At this point , your HA works finely. Have you values before? When this happened? see the historic. The "wiser-zigbee-card" is an awesome tools to have an overview of the wiser architecture and have a status , do you use it?

This happened when you re-install a device in the Wiser app?

I have never had any value. History is 0 from beginning.

Yes, I know the Wiser Netword card :-)

The SE support answers me by email: Hello I confirm that this information cannot be accessed even with Home Assistant. If your products react well when sending a heating order, they are functional.

Should I try to remove and attach the device again? Should I try relay mode more thand pilot mode?

I see that you use the "fil pilote", in my case I use the command relay. In case of using the second schema, the CCTFR6700 manage the radiator but isn't able to realize any measure.

@LGO44, I am assuming these devices do not report power and energy values. Can you confirm that is why they don't show in the app or this integration? Thx

LOG44 is right, it will measure energy only if you use the relay function, I have 2 of them set as relay and get the power consummed live. To get values with a "Fil pilote" you need to use the Micro module CCTFR6710, and plug the module between the supply and the radiator. I have one, it works well in a bathroom for a towel dryer. However, for large radiators it doesn't work very well for the moment as the micro module is not modulating, it's 100% heating until it reaches target +0.5.

@msp1974 , The CCTFR6700 can provide us the measures as the following screenshots show. I use my definition of equipment to generate these sensors... I use all my modules as relay . I haven't any CCTFR6710. I have a CCTFR6730 that is used to manage my electrical water boiler and it provide this measures too Image

All, apologies, I have lost sight of this isuse and it has been complicated by being about devices we couldn't get in the UK for me to fully understand. Is it actually and issue and, if so, what should we be doing about it to resolve? Thanks

Hi, No there is nothing to do other than switching to another module or use the module as relay and not Fil Pilote. Thank you for looking into it.
