Allow boost button entity to be used in boost hotwater service call

At present the select.hotwater_mode entity is the only option for the boost hotwater service. This makes no sense given the boost hotwater button added in a recent version. Amend to allow other hotwater entities to be used in the service call.

Also, update documentation to list entities that can be used for services.
