Feature Request: Get a svelte repl in a preview panel

Coding in VScode.dev and results in a preview panel. Not sure how to do it tho.

Sounds like a great idea, but I'm not sure it should go into this extension - it's currently a port of the official extension which doesn't have a preview panel... I'll keep the issue open for now, let's think about it...
