inputting bam file - 'one.filt.intra.loop_counts.bedpe' does not exist in current working directory
hi, is the --input-bam parameter supported now? It's not in the documentation online but shows in the hichipper help. When I tried running it says "Not fully supported yet! Processing: one" followed by an error "one.filt.intra.loop_counts.bedpe' does not exist in current working directory". Is this because the option for bam input is not supported yet or it's from my run. Thanks!
