Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am trying to run varCA in mamba instead of conda

Describe the solution you'd like In the run.bash there is a --use-conda flag. Is there a way to run the entire pipeline using mamba instead of conda? I am able to install snakemake using mamba but when I execute run.bash it still tries to run the piepeline using conda and this fails.
