Fix footnotes in title

If you look on that paper, you'll see that the footnote in the title is pushed off to the side of the page. I'm not sure what the best solution here is, but that's obviously broken. Maybe the footnote should be underneath the title, to the right of the authors.

Hey @bfirsh, This problem is occurring due to media query. Just need to make a little bit change and it will fix the positioning of footnote. PS: this problem only occurs when screen width is greater than 1023~24px.
