[FEATURE] Enabling Github discussion feature!

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, email is the only way to get interactive support which has a number of disadvantages:

• Knowledge is not public.
• Repeating the answer to some common questions.
• Time and effort as only one person handle these emails.
• Slow response as only one person handle these emails.

Describe the solution you'd like

I think it would be nice to replace the email support with better interactive support e.g. forum, google groups, or github discussion.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We can use the discussion feature github. I think this will give ARX developers and users a better support experience.

Additional context

We can have different sections e.g. for better organisation e.g.:

• Announcement: news related to ARX.
• End-user: topics related to how to use ARX.
• API: topics related to how to ARX API code.
• GUI: topics related to how to ARX GUI code.
• Theory: topics related to methods and papers use in ARX.
• Ideas: discuss new ideas.
• Others: anything is not related to the above.
