PCB Thermistor Connector Layout problem

The issue occures when attempting to utilize the onboard thermistor of the hotplate.

As depicted in my sketch, the connector links Pin (1,2,3,4) of the control board with Pin (5,6,7,8) of the hotplate, and (5,6,7,8) to (1,2,3,4). It should be (1,2,3,4) to (1,2,3,4) and (5,6,7,8) to (5,6,7,8).

As a quick fix, I adjusted the hotplate connector by shifting it down one row, ensuring that only Pin (5,6,7,8) of both boards are connected. Then, I used a jumper to connect both Pin 3 for the 5V supply. In my Picture the jumper is only visible on the Topside.

So the connector rows of hotplate should be switched within the layout program.
