How do i flash this to the attiny85?

You will need an In System Programmer (ISP) hardware device and some software such as avrdude. If you don’t have an ISP there are a few inexpensive ones that work well. You also will need to connect the AtTiny85 to the ISP. If it is soldered the the board you’ll need a chip clip to connect to the pins.
