A way to synchronize multiple RTMP with timestamp / worldclock ?

Hi everyone, Is there a way to play multiple RTMP with "almost" perfect sync ?

I made a "chart" to explain what I try to achieve,

Players will stream their game with OBS (open broadcast software) to my RTMP server, and then I play the video in my video mixing software (vMix)

It's just a "possible" solution but I'm not smart enough to develop all those things ^^
