Have you abandoned this app?

What happened? it's part of my daily use when i want to quickly open a link I don't care to keep open in the tabs in the main browser

I've directly downloaded the 2.13 apk released here, but it's from 2019 :(

Hey hi, sorry the app is removed on Play Store. It will take some time for me to update to latest target SDK changes to return to Play Store. Meanwhile I will start publishing to Github releases so that you can continue using by side loading.

Glad to hear it! This is by far my most-used app and there is no alternative. Would be happy to donate, if that's an option!

@arunkumar9t2 anything we can do to help?

Primarily: waiting on your update you've alluded to that will re-enter the play store.

Secondarily: trying to figure out why I can't make shortcuts that open on Lynket any more. I've got several Lynket launching icons, from many years ago, but everything I create in recent(?) years has been saved with an icon that shows a different browser, and that browser launches from those icons. FWIW, browser is Firefox Focus, which is, and looong (always?) has been, the Lynket custom tab provider.

Thanks reaching out. Best wishes with all your coding endeavors.

This app can use any installed browser as an engine. I typically use this with OpenWith so I can control when I hit a full browser vs a bubble.

Hmm. That is what I often use, Better Open With. Always with no defined preferred apps in any category. Also no default browser set in OS intentions settings (think that's the old name for default actions settings?) - I pick browser each time, from list, for just that one invocation.

But "Better Open With" is NOT listed as an option inside of Lynket for a browser. Maybe I misunderstood you.
