Better set default strategy

Currently detecting and setting default browser is hacky. Need to discover a better solution to handle such cases.

If BetterOpenWith is open source however they do it may be useful, but I think it is limited to only browser type intents even though I would love to be able to override the intents to supply to other apps myself sometimes.
