Suggestion: support several cameras at once

It would be nice to be able to connect to 2 or more cameras at the same time:

• for plate solving, with a wide angle view and a high magnification one (less suited to plate solving), e.g. for planets
• as a step toward guiding.

While there is a provision it is quite a big feature and guiding isn't that critical for EAA that it is mostly designed for

currently low priority
