SD Card Detect does not work

There is no pull-up resistor on the DET_A line so the line goes between floating and GND. The STMPE811 unfortunately cannot be configured to offer the pull-up. I was able to rework my board a bit to sneak a 10k resistor in, but I would caution anyone that does this to remove the cover of the SD slot before wiring or the solder will likely wick up the switch and short it out to the case.
