Remove currency formatter?

Eigen, and other apps, should be using the currency symbol provided by our API and not just "$", and the formatters included in this library don't allow specification of a currency symbol. Eigen has moved away from using the formatter defined here, and we should consider removing them from this library to avoid accidentally using them in the future. Open for discussion, of course. I'm only in favour of removing them (instead of expanding them) because I'm not entirely sure why a pod with UILabel subclasses even has a currency formatter.
