ReadMe and docs do not include need to add "approval" to settings.py

Maybe a non-issue, but before I added this, everything created/updated was skipping the Sandbox and the monitored model was being saved directly without requiring approval.

Using django 4.2.

Hi, Oh I think it may be an issue and you were right to point to this. I have to investigate, either to allow already existing instances to get monitored (and add the information to the library docs), or to warn users about what you experienced. I'll keep you updated. Thanks for the support!
