[FEATURE] Optimize the Loading from file/folder function

Description of the Problem

When I first check this "Load snippets from file or folder" checkbox, the text area is empty, and the Plugin seems think it's "Whole Vault" And start to scan all my files and shows many notices... image

Description of the Solution

Maybe Add a Button to confirm, or if there are too many files, pop up a "Are you sure" box ? Justing start scanning whole vault is kind of strange🤔
