[FEATURE] Enable snippets between $$ in code block (for pseudocode)

I know this might sound weird, but I want the snippets to work when I'm in a code block when it's between $$. Sometimes I need to type pseudocode, where $$ appear quite often. Right now option c only supports regular text in a code block, and I cannot limit the scope of the snippets to function specifically between $$ with mcA.
