[FEATURE] Adding snippets on the fly

Description of the Problem

I prefer to minimize context switches. A user can lose the flow of writing if they have to go in the settings or in a file to add a snippet. It would be nice if the user could add a snippet without having to navigate through a file or go into the settings

Description of the Solution

A command that adds the selected text written in the user's current note page to the snippet file. Another command that deletes a match from the snippet file could also be useful.
