I love the auto TP/phase end/FC/DROP function
From years of roasting (and not all on Artisan), I've always recorded FC and end of roast ET/BT/Time as well as green and roasted weight in an Excel sheet;
Is there anyway to have Artisan mark the temperature for ET at the same time it records the AUTO events: TP/phase end/FC/DROP?

It's not the end of the world, I can manually get the ET temp if I miss it at the time, but it would be quicker to get this info if its automatically recorded like the BT :)

Artisan is marking the FCs automatically if the Phases (in the Phases dialog; menu Config >> Phases) are not set to "Auto Adjust" (the default).
If I understand correctly, you are using this feature, but would like to add an additional manual FCs marker. You can use an (untyped; type="--") event for this. Activate the mini-editor (menu View >> Events Editor) and/or the generic EVENT button in the events dialog (menu Config >> Events). On auditable FCs event press the EVENT button and name that event using the mini event editor "FCs".
Even simpler. Define a custom event button which adds such an (untyped) event named "FC".
