Proxy: add X-FullPath header on client request

To configure artipie as pypi repository and pipy-proxy, it's necessary for proxy to pass its address in FullPath. Let's add the header if proxy repository is provided in config file.

When fixed, release and update adapter in artipie, enable corresponding IT.

@olenagerasimova it looks like a more general issue, ad not related only to PyPi proxy. Maybe we should move it to artipie/http repo?
