[Enhancement] : No plugin for Junit Report generation with artillery

Just like newman gives a plugin for generating Junit reports, there is no plugin with artillery to generate the same.

Reason: I want to integrate the artillery reports with Azure DevOps pipelines which only support Junit reports to show the test results.
