Allow configuration of the Worker Image in the LoadTest CRD

We are trying to use the Artillery Operator with Artillery-Playwright. We therefore have our own Docker image with our test code and Artillery in it. We would like to be able to specify the worker image as a property on the LoadTest Custom Resource so that the controller will launch the workers with our image.
