Building scripts for windows

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have a hard time building ffmpeg-kit on windows.

Describe the solution you'd like Windows scripts should be able to build ffmpek-kit.

Additional context Help with building would be very much appreciated, I have no access to a linux machine. I need to lower the app size, so what I need is to only enable h264.

./android.sh --lts --no-ffmpeg-kit-protocols --enable-gpl --enable-x264

Btw, how do you link it afterwards? (Expo managed workflow)

I've also tried to build it with windows but in the end, this always fails...and got lots of errors. I'll suggest you if you don't have mac then try Linux..

virtual machine linux os or macos recommended docker also can be a candidate
