2FA to Tray crashes/exits on left-button click ( MacOS 14.5.1 )

On MacOS 14.5.1 the 2FA to Tray app crashes closed / quits with no sign of a crash log when left-clicked. Works as expected when right-clicked ( showing menus, available 2-Factor TOTP codes, etc ).
