reload files when changed

This is a feature request/suggestion for reloading files from disk when they have been changed. I guess that would come down to some sort of polling? The other viewer I use (imv) does it, maybe their implementation can be a useful guide.

Is it within the scope of this project?

I'd also be happy with just a keybinding for reloading the file for starters.
