Feature proposal: Assign action to mousewheel

Expected behavior: It would be comfortable been able too see my next/prev image using the mousewheel.

Extra note: If adding a config option is too hard, I think this behavior would be a sane enough default.

Actually, the swayimg doesn't support mouse at all. But I'll think about it.
