Inline mode

Feature request here: implement an inline mode so that we could use the bot in chats, groups and channels.

@artemgurzhii Thanks for the reply! I fear it's not sufficient yet. I've just tried to use the bot in a chat, it couldn't respond and I couldn't send my request:
