Notifications show up in "Other" category
It would be nice if notifications showed up under webpin (or the specific web app if possible). This would allow control over the notifications from the notifications settings panel in switchboard.
Context: Right now I have notifications in the "Other" category set to not show up in the notification indicator because I have third-party music apps that throw one up there every time the song changes. However I also use webpin for my ProtonMail webclient and I would like the email notifications to show up there.

All created apps has "Categories=Network;" in them .desktop files... Or misunderstood I something?
The launcher shows up in the network category but the notifications show up in the other category in notification settings meaning that the notifications from webpin apps won't show up in the notification center.
@micahilbery could you test current master branch please? but exists apps must be recreated....
(sorry for the super crappy gif). I built master from source and then recreated the app and as you can see it shows up in the notification settings panel but none of the settings actually work. It didn't add to the notification panel indicator, the sounds still played when I turned off sounds, and the bubble appeared when I unchecked that as well.
