App keeps closing with no crash details

My device Nokia C5-00.2 s60 Symbian OS 9.3 s60-maps ver. 1.10

The first time I installed the app it worked fine but after I restarted the phone the problems started,

  1. The app would not show any maps, just a white screen with gps indicators, and close after 5~6 seconds
  2. The first time I installed the I didn't use any rompatchers but when I went to reinstall the app it said Requested application access not granted, so I had to use rompatcher the reinstalled app still has the 1st issue

Solutions I tried,

  1. Reinstall the app
  2. Delete all data (E:\Data\S60Maps) and reinstalled 2.1 Even after deleting all my data and reinstalling multiple times my landmarks flash sometimes when the app is loading before crashing

I might have found the reason why the app keeps closing. If my data pack drys out the app can't download maps and crashes, maybe. Can some one plz test this out and update??

Hello @Galib2017. Try this S60Maps_v1_10_debug.zip and send me log from c:\Data\S60Maps\s60maps_log.txt.

Reinstall the app

Also try to install from another package file (sis or sisx). Honestly, I don't really understand the difference between them.

Did you try to remove program before install it again?
