Did you forget to extract `lang` folder from zip? Show your `ls` command output.

@tom-vb Nothing strange in the log. Maybe black screenshot appears when screensaver starts or your display turns off when computer idle?
I have no more ideas what may be wrong. Try to find any actions after which black screenshots appear. Maybe there is some pattern.
