Apple Music support

Apple Music (beta) has been released today — I had a brief try at adding support myself, but I couldn't work out how to find the correct intent names/whether they're broadcast in the first place.

I'm happy to have another go if someone could point me in the right direction — otherwise, would be great to have support added.

Intent parsing was bad, but working idea… Correct way of implementing support for a LOT of players is #8.

@peterjosling would be very nice if you'll finish #8 — it'll make WAIL truly polyglot scrobbler!
