Feature: CSV import/export of information object relations
Import and export of reciprocal information object relations, such as those with RAD 'Related materials" or ISAD "Allied materials", would be beneficial. The lack of import/export functionality can lead to users choosing to not use this field. This came up in the forum recently.

Many archives have interrelated holdings and signalling both to end users and staff that relationships exist is an important part of supporting the research process. While my team uses text-based notes as a back up for indicating these types of relationships, the breaking of manually added links between records is, in fact, a reason the feature is not as heavily used.
In terms of execution, using the Reference code (identifier) as the persistent link between related records would be ideal given the frequency of slug changes over time.
