Problem: Delete records by translations

Current Behavior

If a record has translations, a user has no way of deleting a selected translation without deleting the entire record, in all languages. When editing a record in a specific language, deleting the translated entry deletes the entry in the database for all cultures.

Expected Behavior

A user should have the option to delete an entire record or specific entry by language.
