Problem: Unable to edit notes when duplicating an archival description.

Current Behavior

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to an Archival Description.
2. Add some entries to notes.
3. Duplicate the description and remove/edit the note fields.
4. Save the duplicated description.

Expected Behavior

Note fields should be updated after editing.

Context and Notes

Differing behaviour exists in RAD and ISAD templates, but bug is apparent in both templates.
