Display full path to config.ini whenever it is mentioned

config.ini is referred to as MantellaSoftware/config.ini when mentioned in Mantella logs. A more comprehensible way of presenting this is by displaying the full path to the file so that users who are running Mantella.exe from eg their start menu can quickly navigate to this ini file
